NBS concentrated initially on Magistrates’ Court enforcement with the successful sole securing of the Manchester Magistrates Courts contract 2 years ago. The business has also, along the way, incorporated and developed other areas of work providing Inland Revenue enforcement, Council Tax and Business Rates enforcement, as well as Bail and Non-Bail Arrest Warrants for Manchester City Council, Debt Recovery, Tracing and other investigation products.

NBS has progressively reduced, in real terms, its fees and commissions across it services - by constantly improving efficiency and unit costs. That has meant a continuous and substantial investment in modern technology.
