Our 20 seat call centre, represents cutting edge technology, using skills based routing to intelligently distribute inbound and outbound calls; targeted e-mail and fax distribution and the ability to group all inter-group companies and contracts as one virtual call centre.

NBS produce customised letters for each contract using the finest laser and facsimile printing technologies ensuring that each letter is; personalised, bespoke to our Clients requirements, without compromising on quality.


Staff Training

NBS operates a training scheme designed to develop in its people skills specific to its own activities. Inevitably, there are common factors, such as; presentation; integrity; confidentiality; productivity; team working.

Recruits are progressively introduced to the real world but monitored and retrained where appropriate. Performance is constantly reviewed with the use of individual statistic, and system audit trails permit tracking of individual operator activity.

Each recruit undertakes the five days basic training course, followed by a three months probationary period during which basic principles (confidentiality, security of data, NBS gentle approach etc) are re-enforced and familiarisation with scripts is developed.

Statistical & Performance Reporting

NBS instructions are received by Fax, E-mail, post or by-hand, on receipt these instructions they are entered on to our main database. Our administrative team will then ensure that the recovery process commences within the specified contractual time, observing any special Client instructions.

Status reports and financial information can be supplied to clients immediately on request by Telephone, E-mail, Fax or post. Our computer systems have a number of powerful functions, enabling reports and statistical information to be tailored to clients exact requirements.
